My goal as a therapist is to provide a warm and welcoming space for clients to feel safe and comfortable. Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you’re navigating big changes, managing anxiety, or coping with the challenges of ADHD. My goal is to help you break the cycles in your life that are no longer serving you. It is Important to me that you feel understood and comfortable to express yourself freely in our sessions.
I work with adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, and prenatal or postpartum challenges. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, grounded in evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT and ACT. I am also trauma-informed, ensuring our work together feels safe, respectful, and responsive to your unique experiences.

I offer individual therapy sessions both in-person at my East Setauket office and virtually throughout New York State. I currently offer in-person sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays.
