The increased mental load and challenges of parenting autistic children, particularly in a society that is not designed for autistic people, can lead to feelings of isolation, but you are not alone. I am here to support you through this journey.
I work with couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy. This approach focuses on attachment needs and longings so that you can feel emotionally safe with your partner. Building this secure bond helps bring the love back to your relationship.
