Breath Work

This group will instruct and facilitate group Breathwork for both beginners and experienced, using guided breathing for greater well-being of body, mind and spirit. Conscious breathing has been practiced in many cultures throughout history as a means for purification and self-awareness. Sometimes called Rebirthing Breathwork, the name comes from the effect of healing birth trauma. Breathwork can increase energy, reduce stress, cleanse and purify, as well as allowing old thought patterns and memories to release, dissolving and healing trauma. Elizabeth Ossip, LCSW, has been practicing Breathwork since 1987, facilitating groups and individual sessions for more than 20 years.
