I have experience in working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. As well as experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I believe in fostering an open and inviting space for all my clients to address what they are needing, in a way that feels comfortable for them.

I use various therapeutic interventions such as CBT, person-centered and systemic based therapeutic techniques such as experiential family therapy and structural family therapy.

I like to make sessions fun and collaborative and looks to foster a very comfortable, trusting, and safe environment for each client. You can expect to have some laughs during session as we work towards your goals and treatment objectives.
