Based in Phoenix, I work with clients around the country and the world as licensing allows, including via Telehealth. I'm so glad you're here. The world can feel like an inhospitable home at times. Relationships can be unsettled, self-medicating can dominate, and the past can haunt like a persistent familiar ghost. Healing is necessary, because you are necessary. No matter how you may struggle - there is no one else quite like you, you are the very best at being you, you possess gifts and magic that only you can bring to the world. Therapy is about coming home to yourself - your physical body, emotional body or heart, and mind.
I am an EMDR Trained Therapist, Somatic Experiential Practitioner, Yoga and Breathwork Practitioner, Acudetox Specialist, Certified Sex Addiction Therapist and more. Pronouns: She/Her. I work in the LGBTQ+ community; with recovering people; with families impacted by addiction; with those trying to break free of exploitation and and traumatic bonding.
I work with resilience and radiance you may not know is within you. I work with survivors, and I treat the four letter word that you may be suffering from in some way - hurt. As it's said, the body keeps the score. In my work with you we'll create a safe container to settle into the felt sense of your hurt, and explore what healing might be like.
