I created ENA Counseling to provide personalized care with the needed warmth and attention to help you on your journey, respecting you as your own person, and supporting you with your goals on your terms.

I do my best to help people feel heard and understood, so they can learn more about themselves and mental health, heal emotional wounds, and create a more authentic, balanced path in life. My approach is collaborative and take great care in getting to know you and really listen; you know you best.
