I strive to empower parents and children to identify and address their concerns through the use of CBT, ACT, and parent management strategies. These approaches educate, foster insight, and provide you tangible steps to reach your goals.
I approach therapy in a sensitive, validating manner by facilitating reconnection to your innate strengths and empower you to use evidence-based tools to create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
