I specialize in women’s mental health, PMDD, and perinatal depression and anxiety. Whether you're struggling with intense emotional shifts around your menstrual cycle, feeling overwhelmed in pregnancy or new motherhood, or dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, or OCD, you’re not alone. These experiences are real and treatable. You may be feeling down, irritable, or constantly on edge. Maybe your concerns have been dismissed, and you’re wondering if what you’re feeling is normal. My job is to take your symptoms seriously and guide you toward achieving meaningful and lasting relief.
I provide therapy for adult women dealing with PMDD, perinatal mood and anxiety challenges, depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, and personality disorders. In our cutting-edge PMDD clinic, I offer gold-standard PMDD evaluations and consultations about evidence-based treatment options for PMDD, including therapy and medication.
Women's mental health is my passion. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in treatments that actually work. You deserve greater emotional stability, relief from hormone-related mood and anxiety difficulties, and a deeper sense of control and self-understanding. Contact me today and we'll take the first step together.

I often use evidence-based DBT strategies to help you manage mood and anxiety changes tied to your cycle or the perinatal period. You'll gain practical skills to regulate emotions, reduce distress, and feel more in control—so you can move through hormonal shifts with confidence, clarity, and self-trust. Visit our website to learn about other treatments I use, such as CBT, ACT, and IPT.
