My goal is to help clients overcome obstacles, uncover their strengths, and feel empowered to navigate life's challenges. I tailor therapy individually with a variety of techniques, based on a foundation of trauma-informed Cognitive-Behavioral Theory (CBT), mindfulness, and Attachment Theory, always in an environment of safety, trust, warmth, and honesty.
I'm here to listen and to help. We'll work together to develop the awareness and agency to make lasting, positive change in your life. At your request, I can also incorporate spirituality and faith into counseling, and I personally practice Christianity.
