I primarily draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Collaborative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy, supporting clients with both practical tools and meaningful insight.
I offer a safe and affirming space for you to seek support with stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, or personal growth. I'm especially passionate about helping clients strengthen their self-talk, increase emotional resilience, and process difficult experiences.
