I value a mind-body approach to healing and believe that authenticity, trust and open communication are the basis of a healthy therapeutic relationship. My goal is to provide a supportive and caring environment for my clients.

I have a Ph.D in Integrative Health and Medicine with a specialization in Mental Health and Clinical Hypnosis. I am also a licensed School Counselor which gives me a unique skill set for working with families with special needs children and adults.
