I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience, and I have had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages, though I particularly enjoy working with adolescents and young adults. My areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and helping individuals cope with life changes.
I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work with a concentration in Clinical Practice from Widener University. My therapeutic approach incorporates mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) to address the unique needs of each individual.
I work with clients to prioritize their own needs, while helping them recognize and build on their strengths, ultimately fostering greater self-efficacy.
