Licensed in both Colorado and New York State, I specialize in helping individuals who feel lost, overwhelmed, or stuck, and are seeking a supportive ally to navigate current stressors and past trauma. I am known for creating a safe, empathetic space where my clients report feeling heard, supported, and valued while we work together towards healing and meaningful growth.

With over 18 years of experience as a therapist, I offer inclusive and non-judgmental and trans-affirming support for teens and adults. Certified in EMDR, trained in somatic experiencing, animal assisted therapy, parts work, and a registered yoga teacher, I specialize in addressing a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD and attachment.
