Everyone needs help sometimes. My goal as a therapist is to support you in any way you need while helping you to feel like yourself again. I specialize in working with people who experience intense, painful emotions to better understand themselves, feel more in control of their emotions and decrease feelings of stress, anxiety and sadness. I also help people to live more balanced, fulfilling lives by decreasing career related burnout, improving relationships, recognizing unique personal strengths and implementing healthy boundaries.
I practice Dialectical Behavior Therapy- it focuses on providing compassion while also teaching practical techniques to keep emotions balanced, reduce emotional pain, practice mindfulness, and improve relationships. I listen intently during sessions and provide non judgmental feedback. I truly care about your feelings and experiences.
Send me a message to book a free 30 minute appointment with me so we can discuss your goals, I can answer your questions and you can determine for yourself if you'd like to do therapy with me. I truly want the best for you. If therapy with me isn't a good fit, I'll provide you with referrals to help you get connected with someone else who can help.

Groups
Virtual Women's Stress and Anxiety Group

This group is a small (4-6 members) warm community of kind, caring women supporting one another while discussing sources of stress and anxiety. Areas of life such as relationships, work/life balance, friendships, family dynamics, boundaries, communication and time management are explored. Each week we discuss a different method for managing stress and anxiety. People who participate in the group realize they aren't alone and connect with other women just like them. At the conclusion of the group every member has a better understanding of triggers for their stress/anxiety and what helps them to feel better.
