Life can look okay from the outside while feeling much harder on the inside. Maybe you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, a major transition, grief, anxiety, or experiences from your past that continue to impact how you show up today. You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or unsure of what you need but you don’t have to figure it out alone.
For the past decade, I’ve supported clients through some of life’s most vulnerable seasons, including pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, identity shifts, trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, grief, domestic violence, and sexual assault.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the arts, and I continue to bring creativity and curiosity into my work. My approach is informed by training in Trauma-Focused CBT, Maternal Mental Health, Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, and Relaxation Coaching, while always tailoring therapy to your individual needs and goals.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection. Therapy with me may include honest conversations, reflection, mindfulness, practical coping tools, or simply having a space where you can say the things you don’t get to say anywhere else. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
