Liz’s approach is inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Drama Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). She specializes in helping her clients to build healthier relationships with themselves, inside of themselves. She believes that the most important relationship that you'll ever have is the one you have with yourself. She believes that our relationship with ourselves often influences how we relate to other people, how we make choices and how confident we feel about our ability to achieve our dreams.
