Hello! My name is Liz and I appreciate you taking time to learn more about me. Navigating grief, loss, or trauma can feel overwhelming — sometimes even impossible to face alone as you try to find your new normal. These experiences can be incredibly difficult to talk about, and it’s completely okay to feel unsure or overwhelmed. We’ll take small steps together. There is no right or wrong way to grieve or to process trauma. Your experience is unique, and we will always move at your pace.
My goal is to walk alongside you and explore a blend of therapeutic approaches that honor your values, your beliefs, and your lived experience. Together, we’ll work to find supportive ways to navigate your grief, loss, or life transition.
