The therapy I do can help you move forward by resolving trauma and building skills to feel more confident, less anxious, and more sure of yourself.
I am trained in the latest trauma therapy called Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization Therapy), which often produces quick and life-lasting results. I use this therapy for people who have trauma, have anxiety/depression, can't make decisions, and more.
Battling life events on your own is hard! Finding a therapist you can connect with and get results from is essential. I often get referrals from other therapists. Their clients have tried other therapies in the past that have not been successful in reducing symptoms, and find relief with ART or EMDR. I can help you find relief from your symptoms.
