I am trained in the latest trauma therapy called Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization Therapy) which often produces quick and life-lasting results. I use this therapy for people who have trauma, have anxiety/depression, can't make decisions, and more. ART and EMDR improve most symptoms quickly, even in one session.
