My approach is warm, goal-oriented, and always at your pace. We might use IFS to understand different parts of yourself, or CBT and DBT to build practical tools for big emotions. If you struggle with focus or ADHD, we can use body doubling to help you get unstuck. I also support clients through grief, parenting stress, and so much more.
I offer a nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Since sessions are virtual, I invite you to grab a blanket, make some tea, and let your pets join us.
