I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience, offering thoughtful, individualized care grounded in extensive clinical practice. I specialize in work with young adults (ages 18-30) and I also work with women in midlife.
I primarily offer in-person therapy in a comfortable, private office setting, as I value the depth, focus, and relational presence that come from working face-to-face. Telehealth sessions are also offered when needed to support flexibility and continuity of care.
I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, depression, relationship stress, trauma and grief. My work with young adults focuses on supporting identity development, academic/career pressures, and emerging independence. With women in midlife, I often work with burnout, navigating menopause, grief, shifting roles, and questions of meaning and purpose.
My office is an inclusive and non-judgemental space where you can be yourself and find meaningful support. I will listen carefully, meeting you where you are, and together we’ll find the best path forward.
