With extensive experience in crisis intervention, mental health counseling, case management, treatment planning, one to one sessions, small group, and family sessions/stabilization, my mission is to guide individuals toward healing, growth, and a brighter future.
I specialize in a variety of therapeutic approaches. I opt to utilize several modalities to create an effective framework for my clients and strive to provide the tools and support necessary to empower and facilitate healing. I believe in the transformative power of acceptance, acknowledgment, and forgiveness.
I am dedicated to helping individuals take control of their lives and move forward with confidence dignity and pride. It's through my own healing that encouraged my career in helping others and being a part of their journey. Seeing them grow and heal is the reward and breaking the stigma on mental health.
