Elizabeth specializes in Dialectal Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Reality Therapy. She enjoys using Motivational Interviewing tools to help and aid the client in taking back control of their life. She is client centered and will adjust therapy to meet the client's needs. She is also an EMDRIA approved EMDR Therapist.
