Do you have an unpredictable work schedule that makes it frustrating to attend consistent therapy appointments? I have tailored my practice to accommodate individuals with shifting schedules and see many in the medical, veterinary, and service industries. I also have some evening availability . All appointments are via telehealth at this time, as I am not primarily located in Vermont.
I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship and sense of safety that is developed in the therapy room. I am direct, kind, highly engaged during sessions, and I have deep respect for the bravery and vulnerability it takes to show up authentically in therapy.
My therapy approach is eclectic by nature, but is primarily client centered. I believe that therapy should be tailored to the individual's unique needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. I have a substantial amount of experience with (and passion for) working with young adults, couples, and members of the LGBTQIA community.
