I am Elizabeth (Liz) Malin, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 7 years of experience in treating adults, and seniors seeking help with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, low self-esteem, workplace stressors, life transitions, PTSD and more. I earned my Master of Counseling Education from Old Dominion University. I utilize strength-based, cognitive behavioral , solution-focused, emotionally-focused, motivational interviewing, Gottman, narrative, and person-centered approaches to therapy.
