I am a psychologist who provides therapy for teens, college students, and adults. I strive to build a warm and collaborative relationship through which positive change can occur. In therapy, I help clients learn effective strategies to manage difficult feelings, as well as develop greater insight into how they have been shaped by past experiences. My approach is integrative, and I incorporate psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and other techniques to meet each client's needs. I also have expertise in psychological evaluation, and I do testing for learning disorders, ADHD, autism, and emotional concerns.
I work with a range of clients, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, concerns related to pregnancy/postpartum, parenting, relational challenges, ADHD, and autism. I have advanced training in perinatal mental health, and I enjoy supporting new parents as they grapple with the uniquely challenging and magical transition to parenthood.
I am also passionate about supporting individuals within the LGBTQ community, including helping folks explore and affirm their gender identity.
