I work with individuals and couples navigating life’s transitions, personal growth, infertility, motherhood, depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. My practice is entirely Telehealth, with availability Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 1:30pm For clients outside of Maine, I offer Mental Health Coaching sessions at $300, with a sliding scale option.
We are often conditioned to seek wisdom outside ourselves, rather than within. There is no such thing as too much support. When we allow ourselves to receive fully, we become more present and available for what matters most in our lives.
