Welcome! I help teens, adults, and couples create meaningful, lasting change. I often support people navigating trauma, identity questions, life transitions, and grief. Many have felt pressure to hide or reshape parts of themselves to feel safe or accepted, including LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals. In my prior career as an attorney, I helped people navigate complex systems and difficult life circumstances—an experience that shapes my approach to therapy today. I believe our struggles make sense in light of our lived experiences and that change is possible.
My approach draws from trauma-informed therapy, mind-body awareness, and practical tools for meaningful change. I'm interested in approaches that support not only insight, but shifts in how we experience emotions, relationships, and daily life. I also have experience supporting people exploring recovery and changes in their relationship with substances.
