I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a certified meditation instructor, and a certified yoga instructor with a passion for helping adult clients navigate life changes and challenges. I provide individual Telehealth sessions and grief group Telehealth sessions for adults who live in Washington, DC.
As a therapist, I will guide and accompany you on your path to healing. My approach is grounded in compassion for each person’s unique story. I use a person-centered and integrative approach, using evidence-based approaches to therapy and beneficial mindfulness practices. We will work collaboratively to find the best approach to relieving your suffering.
