My passion is to offer a trauma informed and safe environment to help you work through any addictions, depression, anxiety, and trauma issues. Since online therapy is proven to be equally as effective as in person treatment for depression, anxiety and PTSD, I am confident we can build skills, use EMDR, or classic CBT to get you feeling better.
