Do you believe that events from your past get in the way of experiencing joy in the present? Do you wish to have healthier and more satisfying relationships? Do you struggle with ways of thinking that you have a hard time changing? I believe I can help. I am a licensed clinical social worker with 23 years of experience and have helped many people find increased life satisfaction by challenging old beliefs and finding new ways of thinking about themselves.
I encourage people's curiosity and willingness to become more in touch with their thoughts and feelings, paving the way for greater joy and satisfaction. Extensive training in trauma treatment and attachment therapy allows me to partner with my clients in their efforts to heal and move forward in their lives.
I work with adults including members of the LGBTQ community, and provide individual, couples, family and group therapy via telemedicine.
