We’ll figure out what’s driving the anxiety, depression, or disconnection, and build tools you can use outside the session, not just insight that sounds good for 10 minutes.
My approach is collaborative and skills-based. You can expect a mix of insight, practical strategies, and support as we work on emotional regulation, coping skills, boundaries, communication, and unhelpful patterns that keep you stuck. I’m trained in CBT, DBT, and ACT, and I also use a relational, conversational style when that’s the best fit.
