I’m Liz Lustgarten, a Licensed Professional Counselor/Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), dedicated to creating a safe and compassionate therapeutic space for you and/or your family. I work with a diverse range of clients and concerns, with many clients typically navigating a history of anxiety, depression, and trauma. As a therapist, I value walking alongside my clients during times of struggle and success, to continue to help them move toward their goals.
I have been working as a therapist since 2021, and have been working as a licensed therapist since November of 2023. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Person-Centered Therapy tend to guide my work with all my clients, and with children, I use Child-Centered Play Therapy and Sand-Tray therapy.
