My passion is helping others on their road to self discovery. I have 12 years of experience, and have worked in a wide variety of settings with diverse clients of all ages. My goal is to provide a safe judgement free space for you to express your struggles and needs and work towards solutions. My practice is very client centered and I try to tailor sessions to meet the needs of each I see. I strive to provide support, understanding, and insight to help you on your journey to wellness. My goal to is to help you become the best individual you can be.
I have a degree in Art therapy and love to utilize all forms of therapy. Not one way is right for everyone. If you need to express yourself through art, play, or movement I am here to help and facilitate that. I have experience with a wide variety of issues and diagnosis. What ever works best for you is what we are going to do.
