I use Cognitive Behavioral, and Solution focused, therapeutic methods. I have the WPATH foundations level certification and am a State of Utah Transgender Youth Specialist. I have certified as a Therapeutic Game Master. I have completed the level I Gottman Method Couples Therapy training.
My free time is spent playing Board, Tabletop, and Role-Playing games. These skills have helped me to approach each client with strategies that are designed specifically for their ever-changing needs.
