Hi! I'm Liz! I've been a mental health counselor for over 7 years, working in community mental health, group practice, and forensic settings. Throughout my career, I have developed a passion for working with people who experience complex trauma and significant life changes. I feel I work well with people who have difficulty feeling connected to the people closest to them or have challenges setting boundaries and advocating for themselves.
