As a family member, Are your efforts to offer support and communicate concerns misunderstood? Living with a chronic illness– or caring for someone who does – can feel overwhelming at times. Anxiety, depression, interpersonal problems, and low self-esteem are commonly shared experiences. If you can relate, then this is the place for you! I’ll help you highlight your personal strengths and empower you to achieve the best version of yourself.
