My passion for the past several has been partnering with teens, families, and adults in WNC to create life change. By utilizing a compassionate, client-focused approach, clients learn skills to meet personal goals and lessen the impact of anxiety and depression in daily living.
I work with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, self-esteem, and attachment disorders. I enjoy collaborating with my clients to determine how treatment can meet their individual needs. My therapeutic style integrates, but is not limited to: CBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and ERP.
