Throughout my counseling experience, I have worked with different populations covering multifaceted psychotherapy. During my time working, I worked with clients suffering with trauma, depression, trauma, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorders and other issues. I enjoy working with all ages and am currently focused primarily on adolescents, young adults, and adults.
I operate primarily from a Client Centered therapeutic approach. In our counseling relationship, we will work together to create trust and build a genuine relationship that validates your emotions and motivates you to achieve your goals.
Throughout the course of the therapeutic relationship, I will ensure that your counseling needs are being met and that you feel like you are growing as you see fit.
