My name is Elizabeth Leonard. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in the state of Georgia. I have four years of experience providing therapy along with ten years of experience teaching preschool. My mental health experience is concentrated on helping individuals and families cope with the challenges of depression, anxiety, life transitions, parenting, and relationship issues. I typically work with adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety or depression. I am also experienced in helping individuals handle life transitions, relationship issues, and career challenges.
I utilize an integrative approach to therapy while combining aspects of client-centered, solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, and positive psychology therapy to help clients reach their unique goals.
