With nature as co-counselor, kids get out and connect with nature and each other. With professional counseling leaders, the group will teach and practice social skills, emotional regulation, and mindfulness. This is an affordable way for kids with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD to receiving healing experiences with others. In addition to individual therapy, group therapy reduces shame and normalizes the healing process. Groups meet monthly in various areas around the Houston metroplex.
