I am LGBT-friendly & have worked with diverse & indigenous cultures in mental health clinics, psychiatric & medical hospitals, schools, & addictions facilities. I work well with depression, grief, anger management, anxiety/ panic attacks, trauma/ sexual abuse, bipolar & obsessive-compulsive disorders, substance abuse & addictions, as well as with relationship, family, work & school difficulties.
I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy/ DBT, Hypnotherapy, Family & Couples Therapy, Expressive Arts/ Play & Art Therapy, Addictions Counseling, NLP, Gestalt & Life Coaching, as well as Jungian Therapy. Hypnotherapy works effectively with insomnia, pain management, smoking cessation, weight management, test/ performance anxiety, self-confidence & stress management.
