I offer individual therapy and psychological assessment tailored to each individual’s needs. If you are struggling with relationships, a difficult circumstance in life, know what your struggles are but can’t seem to change them, or even have a vague sense that something could be better, I can offer help. In therapy, I offer a genuine relationship to help you navigate difficult life stages, understand yourself more deeply, and get to the “root” of your concerns. My experience lends itself to helping individuals with particularly challenging life patterns or diagnoses.
