My hope is to help others live their lives experiencing joy, peace, and freedom. There are times when life gets difficult, hurt occurs, or struggles come along side you; and in those times it can be difficult to recognize your own strength, what you are capable of, and blessings around you. I work with my clients to help them find hope, healing, and restoration. I counsel clients of all ages who are having issues with depression, anxiety, anger, adjustment, grief, trauma, crisis of faith, and relational problems.
I use a variety of theoretical approaches as well as techniques to help address my client's problems. I will provide a space that you can feel safe to be open about what you are going through. Faith based services are available at your request.
If you have come this far in your search, I want to encourage you to take care of yourself! Do not just keep searching and putting off something that you feel is important for your health. Find someone to talk to, there are many great options! If that person is me, I am honored and I look forward to meeting you!
