With 23 years of experience as a clinical social worker, I believe therapy is both a science and an art. My goal is simple: to help you feel relief, clarity, and confidence at a pace that feels supportive and effective. Serving clients across Tennessee via telehealth. I have an extensive background in treating trauma, experience supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, new and postpartum parents, adoptive families, students transitioning to college, parents of children with special needs, and families coping with medical challenges.

Our sessions are relaxed and conversational. We’ll focus on your goals and work together to create a path forward, helping you feel equipped to handle everyday stressors with greater ease.
