I specialize in treating women struggling with anxiety, depressed mood, life changes and unresolved trauma. If you have been experiencing sleep or appetite changes, low motivation, panic, hopelessness, anxiety, fatigue or difficulty concentrating, you are probably looking for some relief. Using a holistic approach that focuses on your mind and body (since we can't separate the two!) I will guide you in making the positive changes you want to make.
With over a decade of treating mental and emotional health issues, women's issues and unresolved trauma, I will guide you with empathy and care, free of judgment and negativity. I utilize a blend of modalities that includes CBT, EMDR and Motivational Interviewing.
