Life can be messy and difficult at times and we often feel alone on our journey, not knowing how to move forward finding meaning and happiness. I can help you do the work necessary to make moving toward a fulfilling experience, assisting you in accepting and even embracing whatever point you've currently reached on your journey through life. I don't believe in a one size fits all approach to counseling. I utilize different approaches depending on your needs. My goal is to create a safe and warm space where you can feel seen, heard and understood.
I have over 25 years experience counseling clients. In my career in oncology, hospice, and as a bereavement counselor, I specialize in helping clients navigate difficult transitions throughout the life course. Through this work, I help people cope with anticipatory grief in the process of illness and/or dying and help their loved ones cope with grief.
I want to help you help yourself to live the life you want and deserve. I offer a safe space and a lot of genuine care to help you attain your personal and emotional goals. I use a multi-faceted approach to therapy. Each person is unique and each treatment plan is specific to the individual and jointly decided.
