I believe in creating a calm, approachable, and non-judgmental space for clients to openly share their thoughts and emotions. I work from a holistic and strength-based perspective of client's needs through empathy and support. By exploring and processing inner thoughts and feelings, clients can gain a better understanding of their situation, and ultimately move towards positive change. I offer insight into clients' patterns of behavior and help identify and build new or existing skills with the purpose of uncovering clients' true potential.
I aim to empower those who struggle with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, racial identity, intergenerational trauma, relationships, boundaries, and perfectionism. I have a special interest working with Asian Americans. I tailor my approach to the needs specific to my clients and am committed to helping them work towards their goals.

In building an honest and supportive relationship, we can explore healthy ways to cope with life's challenges and aim to understand past or present wounds in order to promote healing and move towards better quality of life.
