A warm hello and thank you for landing here! It happens, even when you are someone who can be strong when you need to, there are times when reaching out for support can be helpful. Wherever you've been, your journey has brought you to where you are right now, to a place of tending to what matters. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, ADHD, life changes and stressors, relationships, school, work, or current or past trauma, I am here to support you. Let’s join together and discover what's needed for a shift from a place of struggle to one of healing and ease.
If you have a child who is struggling, are a parent, or are a child of parents, I have broad attachment-based experience and utilize Acceptance Commitment Therapy, EMDR, and Family Systems therapy to support you. Quirky, creative, neurodiverse teens, and adults are my specialty which means curiosity and humor are often in the room.
If you've hesitated to call a therapist, wondered where to begin, or thought how can I possibly know who the right person to work with is, I'm happy to chat and see if I can be of help and if we're a good fit.

I work collaboratively with clients to identify where to begin and what would create the most meaningful change. We start there. Great therapy is all about the relationship between you and your therapist. To feel accepted and safe enough to share things you've been holding onto and trust they'll be treated with empathy and skill balanced with healing and joy.

I often use Acceptance Commitment Therapy in my practice. The combination of values exploration, mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy it offers is a useful way to identify core strengths and amplify what matters most to you. With EMDR, we explore the subconscious foundational memories that underlie anxiety, self-doubt, and other stuck feeling to create new meaning and positive strategies.
