I work closely with clients to identify and unravel the distortions in their perception and communication which interfere with healthy relationships and a healthy sense of self.
I have experience working with young adults grappling with their purpose and individuation, and individuals of all ages coping with substance dependency and healing from sexual and emotional abuse.
I believe that healthy relationships are critical to emotional well-being. My goal is to help clients recognize their strengths and discover the tools to manage their well-being as they move forward. I am fully bilingual and am able to work with Spanish speaking clients.
